Our Services

Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is provided in a one-on-one context between a trained mental health professional and the client. Sessions are typically 45 minutes in length; however, longer sessions may be available upon request and/or as needed.

Family Therapy
Family sessions may be provided upon request or as needed as part of best practices for treatment of a child or adolescent.

About Dr. Sonya Young
Sonya Young, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 34909) in California who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Young has experience in addressing a wide variety of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, grief, spiritual concerns, and self-harm behaviors.
Her collaborative therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based modalities including:
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

$200.00 per 45-minute session
Sliding scales may be provided upon request.
We are not currently accepting insurance, but we can provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.
